Railroad Infrastructure Improvement Project – Hensley Grain Industry Track and Track Rehabilitation Project

The Southeast Arkansas Economic Development District is seeking sealed bids from licensed contractors to construct a new grain‑facility rail spur south of Eudora, AR and to rehabilitate approximately 46 miles of existing North Louisiana & Arkansas (NLA) Railroad track between McGehee, AR and the AR/LA state line. Work includes tie replacement, ballast placement, and surfacing, complying with INFRA and DRA grant requirements. Bidders must submit bid bonds and may not withdraw bids for 90 days after opening.
