Description
The Sampson County Schools system is seeking bids for a Cost per Copy program for multi-function devices. The selected vendor will provide digital devices with print, copy, scan, and fax capabilities at a fixed price per copy. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, installing, and maintaining the equipment, as well as providing training and support. The contract term is for five years, with an option to extend for an additional two years.
