Description
The State of Nevada is seeking qualified vendors to provide arbitration/referee services for the Alternative Dispute Resolution program. The selected vendor will be expected to fairly, objectively, and expeditiously conduct mediations between claimants and respondents. The contract term is expected to be four years, subject to Board of Examiners approval. Vendors must submit a complete application packet and comply with all mandatory minimum requirements. The evaluation criteria include proven ability to provide adequate turnaround time, expertise in mediation services, and conformance with the terms of the RFQ.
• The vendor must have a written equal opportunity policy that does not discriminate in employment practices.
• The vendor must have a written policy regarding compliance for maintaining a drug-free workplace.
• The vendor must provide a background, history, and qualifications to provide the services described in the solicitation.
• The vendor must disclose any existing or potential conflict of interest relative to the performance of the contractual services.
