Grounds Maintenance Services - NMPRC

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide grounds maintenance services at the Northwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center in St. Joseph, MO. The services include grass mowing, trimming, shrub/brush trimming, mulch application, and chemical applications. The contractor must have at least two years of experience in providing similar services and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the vendor must provide a monthly invoice itemizing services provided. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services. • The contractor must respond to requests for services within 72 hours. • The contractor must allow at least 5 days between each mowing and trimming. • The contractor must remove and properly dispose of all trash, debris, and limbs on the lawn prior to mowing. • The contractor must execute mower turns at different locations on the lawn to minimize bare spots. • The contractor must capture grass clippings with a mower bagger when mowing lawns within 10 feet of buildings and occupied parking lots.
