Cedar Valley NDD Corridor Improvements

The City of Winchester is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation, and materials necessary to construct roadway and utility improvements adjacent to the Cedar Valley redevelopment project. The project includes replacements of existing water and sewer utilities, installation of new stormwater and underground utility infrastructure, and construction of new curb and gutter, sidewalks, medians, and other improvements. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with other contractors working on the site and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the contract documents and applicable laws and regulations.
