26-035 Raw Water Production Wells 410 & 418 - ITB

The City of Naples is seeking qualified contractors to design, construct, and deliver two new raw water production wells (Well 410 and Well 418) tapping the lower Tamiami aquifer. The scope includes site preparation, well pad construction, access drives, storm‑water management, installation of wellheads, above‑ground piping, electrical service, submersible pumps, instrumentation, and all associated civil, structural, and electrical work. This is a turnkey effort requiring supervision, management, labor, equipment, and materials to bring the wells to operational status. • New well pads and access drives for two separate well locations on City‑owned parcels. • Full civil, structural, and electrical engineering plans with associated geotechnical and ecological assessments. • Installation of submersible pumps, above‑ground piping, bonding/grounding, and control instrumentation. • Compliance with local storm‑water management and ecological mitigation requirements.
