Liability, Property, and Workers' Compensation Insurance Services

The City of Killeen is seeking proposals for liability, property, and workers' compensation insurance services. The selected proposer(s) will provide complete policy forms, endorsements, exclusions, and specimen policies, as well as claims administration services and risk management and loss control services. The City reserves the right to award by individual line or as a complete program. The scope of work includes general liability, law enforcement liability, airport premises liability, airport hangarkeepers liability, automobile liability, automobile medical payments, automobile physical damage, hired and non-owned automobile liability, errors and omissions, real and personal property, boiler and machinery, mobile equipment, animal mortality, crime coverages, workers' compensation and employer's liability, and cyber liability insurance. • The City is seeking proposals for one, several, or all lines of insurance coverage. • The selected proposer(s) shall provide complete policy forms, endorsements, exclusions, and specimen policies. • The selected proposer(s) shall maintain authorization to conduct business in Texas. • The selected proposer(s) shall provide claims administration services and risk management and loss control services. • The City reserves the right to modify the scope during negotiations to align with funding or program needs.
