Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking bids for a master agreement contract to provide commercial electrical supplies. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The contractor will be required to provide a wide range of electrical supplies, including circuit breakers, transformers, conduit, and more. The contractor will also be required to accept orders via telephone, email, and in-person at their brick and mortar stores.
• The contractor must have a brick and mortar store within 50 miles of Frankfort, KY.
• The contractor must provide a discount percentage off MSRP for all items offered.
• The contractor must accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• The contractor must provide credit for defective or damaged items.
