CBP Tucson Sector, Az. Tactical Infrastructure Maintenance

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking a contractor to perform maintenance, repair, and improvement services for Tactical Infrastructure (TI) assets in the Tucson Sector, Arizona. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining roads, bridges, fences, gates, lighting, drainage systems, and other TI assets. The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four option periods of 12 months each. The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit and provide a written proposal outlining their management approach, technical capabilities, and pricing. • The contract will require the contractor to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. • The contractor must have experience in performing similar maintenance tasks. • The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and schedule for completing the tasks. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in a safe and efficient manner. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a pricing proposal that includes all costs associated with performing the tasks.
