The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide CIENA– AMR On-Net – MSP AA410 (1523 Signature Dr.) equipment and services. The scope of work includes the provision of microcomputers, PCs, servers, and associated peripherals, as well as installation and training services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for CIENA and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. Key points to consider: • The contract is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Master Contract Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services 2012, 060B2490022. • The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award. • The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The contract has a specific set of evaluation criteria, including price, technical proposal, and other factors. • The contractor must comply with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
