Household Hazardous Waste Collection

The City of Waco is seeking a qualified contractor to provide the collection, transportation, and disposal of household hazardous waste (HHW) for a one-day event. The contractor will be responsible for planning, mobilization, demobilization, on-site equipment, collection, labor, and transportation of HHW. The contractor must adhere to all safety procedures and provide a site safety and spill response plan. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend for up to three additional years. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must provide a detailed scope of services, including site setup and collection procedures. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal, including pricing for disposal and transportation. • The contractor must provide information on their safety and environmental compliance record. • The contractor must provide a list of references and a description of their experience with similar projects.
