Description
The City of Pasadena is seeking a qualified vendor to provide authorized Dodge and Jeep vehicle service, repair, and OEM parts on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor will be required to provide manufacturer-authorized diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and parts supply services for Dodge and Jeep vehicles utilized by the City. Services shall include preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and parts supply. The vendor shall be an authorized Dodge and Jeep service provider and an authorized distributor of OEM Dodge and Jeep parts.
• Manufacturer-authorized diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Factory software updates and vehicle programming
• Warranty and manufacturer recall repairs
• Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) related repairs
• Engine and transmission diagnostics and repairs
• Diesel emissions system diagnostics and repairs
• Fuel system diagnostics and repairs
• Electrical diagnostics and repair of OEM vehicle systems
• OEM parts replacement and installation
• Factory-authorized calibration and testing services
The contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start on August 25, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027.
