Oakland Unified School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full‑range of sustainable food‑service disposables and related supplies for its K‑12 nutrition program during the 2026‑27 school year. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year base period with up to two optional one‑year extensions, and requires compliance with California SB 54, HACCP food‑safety standards, and Buy‑American considerations.
