Description
The Birmingham Public Schools is seeking bids for the installation of HVAC controls at several of its schools, including Berkshire, Beverly, Derby, Greenfield, Harlan, Pembroke, Quarton, and Birmingham Adult Transition Program (BATP). The project is part of the 2020 bond and is divided into nine bid packages. Bidders are required to provide a bid security in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check made payable to Birmingham Public Schools in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Birmingham Public Schools and pay all taxes required by law.
