Description
The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Williamsburg is seeking a contractor to provide subsistence and local requirements for the 4th quarter of FY26. The contract type is Firm-Fixed Price, and the Government reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards. The contractor will be required to deliver food items to the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse, with a minimum remaining shelf life of at least 90 days from the date of delivery. The contractor will be evaluated based on past performance and price, with past performance being the most important factor.
• The contractor must follow all instructions in the solicitation notice.
• The contractor must complete Section 17a of Standard Form 1449.
• The contractor must enter pricing on the attached specification sheet.
• The contractor must ensure that all delivered food items have a minimum remaining shelf life of at least 90 days.
• The contractor must deliver food items to the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse between July 1, 2026, and July 15, 2026.
