Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide two AO Smith 119-GAL GAS WATER HEATER BTH 500A 300 units with a 3-year warranty. The water heaters will be used to replace broken units at the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System. The vendor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the items. The solicitation will be posted on sam.gov, and all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
• The water heaters must have a nominal gallon capacity of 119 gallons and a rated storage volume of 118 gallons.
• The water heaters must have a thermal efficiency of 95% and a maximum BTU of 300,000.
• The water heaters must have a digital display and be ENERGY STAR certified.
• The vendor must provide evidence of compliance with the Gray Market clauses.
• The vendor must be able to deliver the water heaters to the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System by November 19, 2026.
