CAT BUS EV CHARGER INSTALLATION

The City of Charlottesville is seeking a contractor to install electric vehicle chargers for its bus fleet. The contractor will be responsible for removing and demolishing two outdoor light poles, preparing the site, and installing the charging equipment. The contractor will work with Dominion Energy to ensure the installed charging equipment is fully operational. The project is expected to start on April 1, 2026, and be completed by May 22, 2026. The contractor will be required to maintain a high level of worker and site safety, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and provide a one-year warranty for all work.
