Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, in support of Montana VAHCS, intends to award a sole source contract to Facility Improvement Corporation (FICO) for services as described in the draft Attachment A - Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW provides for license, maintenance, and support of Feenics Keep V3 AWS Enterprise GOV Cloud platform software developed by ACRE Security (Feenics Gov Cloud). FICO will supply maintenance and support for the software, system equipment, card readers, strikes, door position switches, request to exit devices, power supplies, programming, and the system licenses to Montana VAHCS. Additionally, FICO shall provide programming support.
• The contract is for annual software and hardware maintenance and support for the ACRE/Feenics Gov Cloud.
• The contract is a sole source contract, and only Facility Improvement Corporation (FICO) is eligible to bid.
• The contract includes services such as programming support and maintenance of system equipment.
• The contract is for a period of one year, from 08/15/2026 to 08/14/2027.
• The applicable NAICS Code is 518210, and the size-standard is $40 Million.
