The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking to procure OpenEye Software Annual Licenses. The software supports various activities such as comparison of synthesized small molecules, molecular modeling and virtual screening, structure-activity relationship analysis, molecular docking, conformer generation, and lead optimization. The contractor must provide the OpenEye Non-Profit Package, including BROOD, EON, FILTER, OEChem TK, OEDocking, OMEGA, OMEGA DB, pKa Prospector, QUACPAC, ROCS, SITEHOPPER, SPRUCE, SZMAP, SZYBKI, and VIDA. The period of performance is one year, commencing within thirty days of award. The contractor must also provide fastROCS annual evaluation and Shape annual evaluation.
Key features of the job include:
• Providing reinstatement of the existing OpenEye software subscription environment
• Supporting molecular modeling, virtual screening, and structure-based and ligand-based computational chemistry workflows
• Supporting comparison of chemical structures by shape, electrostatics, and related molecular properties
• Supporting conformer generation, molecular preparation, docking, visualization, and analysis
• Supporting structure-activity relationship analysis and compound prioritization for follow-on testing
• Maintaining compatibility with existing NIH workflows and internally developed tools that rely on the OpenEye platform
• Supporting continuity of scientific operations with minimal disruption following lapse of coverage
• Including vendor licensing, updates, and support associated with the proprietary OpenEye package
