Engineer Consultant for Fossil Creek - Trilby to Lemay

The City of Fort Collins is seeking a qualified engineering consultant team to provide design, permitting, modeling, and construction support for the rehabilitation of Fossil Creek between Lemay Avenue and Trilby Road. The project will address bank stability, flood risk reduction, aquatic habitat restoration, and reconnection of the floodplain while preserving the operational function and aesthetics of the Southridge Golf Course. The City intends to deliver the project through the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) method. * Design and regulatory hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS) * Land ownership coordination – public and private * Permitting: all local, state, and federal permits * Sustainable stream design to accommodate irrigation flow, low flow conditions, 100-year flow event, and proactive treatments for ephemeral flow patterns * Provide golf course design and construction expertise * Provide a fish survey and recommendations * Development of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other pertinent documentation * Support through construction, including RFI response, shop drawing reviews, and as-built documentation
