The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase 21 V.A.C. Therapy units with V.A.C. Veraflow Therapy. The units will be used to replace existing wound vacs that are nearing the end of their life. The new units will provide negative pressure wound therapy and are vital for the day-to-day operations of the Hines VA Hospital in wound management therapy. The contractor will be required to deliver the new units to multiple areas throughout the hospital and return the old units for possible trade-in credit. • The contractor must provide a quotation in accordance with the instructions to offerors - commercial products and commercial services. • The contractor must provide an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM verifying that they are an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the evaluation-commercial items. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the buy American certificate and trade agreements certificate.
