Description
The State of Hawaii is seeking a consultant to assist with the cost report requirements of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). The consultant will review the State's cost reports and provide training to Hawaii State CCBHCs on preparing the CCBHC cost report for the Certified Clinic Prospective Payment System (CC PPS) rate methodology. The scope of work includes providing consultation, developing a training tool, providing training sessions, reviewing cost reports, and providing technical assistance. The consultant must have experience in cost reporting for CCBHCs, have staff with experience in performing the required work, and have prior experience working with other states in implementing a statewide CCBHC program.
• The consultant will provide consultation for the state team on state responsibilities for cost report review.
• The consultant will develop a training tool for prospective CCBHCs on completing the CCBHC cost report.
• The consultant will provide training sessions for prospective CCBHCs on completing the CCBHC cost report.
• The consultant will review two cost reports of identified clinics for completeness and accuracy.
• The consultant will provide technical assistance for one month following the initial cost report review.
