Civil and Structural Engineering Work within USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community

The US Army, Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria, is seeking to award a bridge contract on a sole source basis to Proesl Bau GmbH for civil and structural engineering work within the USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community. The contract will provide continuity for the operation and service of Army DPW, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community. The scope of work is expected to remain the same as the current contract, with no changes anticipated. The place of performance will be at the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Grafenwoehr Military Community. • The contract is expected to be awarded no later than 14 July 2026. • The current contract has a period of performance end date of 14 July 2026, which will be extended through 30 September 2026. • The Government anticipates no changes from the current contract in the type of tasking or scope. • The bridge contract is necessary to ensure continued support of USAG Bavaria.
