26-018 Sign Post Brackets and Barricades

The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for Sign Post Brackets and Barricades. The contract will be for an approximate 12-month period. The bidder must provide MoDOT and MUTCD approved materials, and any proposed variations from the applicable specifications must be fully identified and described. The bid must include prices for various items such as brackets for street signs, traffic cones, trim line channelizers, and more. The bidder must also provide certification that they are not engaged in a boycott of goods or services from the State of Israel and that they will comply with the Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. • The bidder must provide proof of compliance with the Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act. • The bidder must provide certification that they are enrolled and will continue to participate in the E-Verify federal work authorization program. • The bidder must provide a veteran friendly employment policy.
