The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a qualified, women‑owned small business to provide technical repair and upgrade services for the security system at the Cody Field Office in Wyoming. The work includes replacing controller boards (SNIB3 and RREB), installing five FICAM‑compliant keypad/contact card readers, verifying wiring, programming, testing, and fully integrating the new hardware with the existing Identiv Velocity access‑control platform. The contract is a single‑firm fixed‑price award with a 90‑day performance window within a one‑year period of performance. The contractor must supply all materials, perform thorough testing, and deliver comprehensive documentation to the Contracting Officer Representative.
