REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING ON-CALL SERVICES

The City of Apache Junction is seeking qualified consultants to provide on-call engineering services citywide on an as-needed basis from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The services may include design, specification review, and other miscellaneous services for various City departments. The City anticipates selecting a minimum of three consultants from each of the three Service Areas: General Civil Engineering, General Survey Services, and Geotechnical. The selected consultants will be responsible for providing engineering and consulting services, and the City may rotate the award of needed consultant service contracts among the selected firms throughout the on-call contract period. Some key points to consider include: * The contract period is for three years with an option to renew for up to two additional years. * The City may provide federal funds for projects, and all services must be accomplished in accordance with federal program and state statutory requirements. * Consultants must demonstrate proficiency in specific sub-elements for each Service Area. * The selection process will be based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the RFQ, and the City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
