Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide an Aircraft Towing Tractor that can push and pull a UH-72 Lakota and UH-60 Black Hawk. The tractor must meet certain requirements, including having R3 Turf or R4 Industrial tires and a hydrostatic transmission. The contractor will be required to deliver the tractor on or before 01 Sep 2026. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation include technical, past performance, and price.
• The tractor must be able to push 7,900 lbs
• The tractor must have a dealer-modified front grille-guard with a welded steel receiver and 15 ton pintle hook hitch
• The tractor must have a hydrostatic transmission
• The tractor must not have a Diesel Regen System
