The Regional Transit Authority (RTA) of New Orleans seeks a qualified vendor to provide paper and cardboard recycling services at four of its facilities for a fixed two‑year term. The vendor must collect recyclables weekly, respond to short‑notice pickups, provide bins and related equipment, and handle transportation to approved recycling facilities. The contract is open now with a submission deadline of September 1, 2026.
• Service locations: 2817 Canal St, 3901 & 3900 Desire Parkway, and 8200 Willow St (all New Orleans, LA).
• Weekly collection with flexibility for same‑day/next‑day service, between 6 am–5 pm.
• Vendor must supply recycling containers, manage logistics, and maintain records; all personnel must meet security and safety requirements.
