This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for Montgomery County’s Annex I and Annex II government buildings. The contractor must supply all labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies (excluding county‑provided soap, paper towels, and toilet paper) and adhere to detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning tasks covering offices, restrooms, corridors, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and specialized areas.
