Description
The Cumberland County Detention Center is seeking bids for the replacement of kitchen make-up air units. The project includes demolishing and removing the existing kitchen make-up air/exhaust assembly with heater and installing new equipment to match the performance of the existing equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the project, including turnkey electrical support, hoisting equipment, start-up, and CFM verification. The contractor will also be liable for any damage caused during demo and install and must verify the work during the pre-bid to ensure no change orders arise.
• The project must be completed within 90 calendar days upon notice to proceed.
• The contractor must provide a minimum of a one-year warranty for parts and labor on all materials and workmanship.
• The contractor must procure and pay all charges and fees for all permits and licenses incidental to the due and lawful prosecution of the work.
• The contractor must remove any trash or debris created by their work to an approved disposal site.
• The contractor must coordinate the schedule with the owners and communicate with them on schedule, timelines, and provide oversight over the project.
