Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Area 7 Septic to Sewer Conversion Project

The City of Modesto is seeking a consultant to provide construction management and inspection services for the Area 7 Septic to Sewer Conversion Project. The project involves decommissioning existing septic systems and connecting properties to the City's sanitary sewer system. The consultant will be responsible for construction management, site inspection, and other related services. The project is expected to be completed within 150 working days. • The consultant will be required to have experience in construction management and inspection services for similar projects. • The consultant will be required to provide a statement of qualifications and a proposal outlining their approach to the project. • The consultant will be required to have a thorough understanding of the project's scope of services and the recognition of potential issues warranting special effort and/or concern. • The consultant will be required to have experience in claims mitigation and resolution, preparing project records, issuing field instructions and correction notices, coordinating and responding to requests for information, reviewing change order proposals, conducting progress meetings, and preparing status reports.
