The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is seeking a project management consultant to refine the project management team's tools and methodology, establish an intake process, and provide recommendations for reporting on the portfolio of projects to campus leadership. The scope of work includes refining existing project management methodology, creating a toolkit of project management tools and procedures, and providing training for project team members. The consultant will also explore options for portfolio reporting and make recommendations on best practices for reporting to leadership. • The project is estimated to be for a term of eight months, with the possibility of extension for an additional year. • The consultant will be required to work with the AHEC project management team and other stakeholders to achieve the project goals. • The consultant will be responsible for submitting a proposed payment schedule based on milestones or deliverables. • The project is expected to be completed by December 2026.
