The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a quotation for the production of 50,000 light-brown kraft envelopes with a trim size of 11 x 13". The envelopes will have a center seam, gummed flap, and will be printed with black ink on one side. The contractor must provide a digital deliverable of the final product as a press-quality PDF. The project requires the contractor to perform typesetting and printing services, and to deliver the finished products to the Department of Veterans Affairs in Marion, IL. The quotation should include all expenses incidental to returning materials, submitting/returning proofs, and furnishing samples. • The contractor must provide a warranty for one calendar year from the date the check is tendered as final payment. • The contractor must follow the GPO Contract Terms (GPO Pub. 310.2, effective December 20, 1987 (Rev. 1-18)) and the Quality Assurance Through Attributes (GPO PUB 310.1, effective May 1979 (Rev. 9-19)). • The contractor must submit invoices for payment via the GPO fax gateway or by mail to the U.S. Government Publishing Office, Office of Financial Management.
