Description

The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health is seeking qualified applicants to provide Domestic Violence Supportive Services (DVSS) and Domestic Violence Services for All (DVSFA) in Los Angeles County. The services include case management and/or legal services for survivors of domestic violence. The goal of the services is to empower survivors to make decisions that are safest for them and their children, help them overcome barriers related to domestic violence, and support them in becoming self-sufficient. Key requirements for applicants include providing services to survivors of domestic violence for at least one year in the past three years, operating a walk-in/drop-in center in the supervisorial district where services will be provided, and employing a managing and/or lead attorney licensed to practice law in California to oversee the legal services program. • The contract term is expected to be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with an option to extend for up to two additional years. • The County will utilize a firm-fixed price method for reimbursement of contracted services. • Applicants must submit a completed application packet, including exhibits and forms, by the deadline. • The County reserves the right to amend the RFA, reject any or all applications, and cancel the RFA process at any time.
