Floral & Crafts Supplies, Equipment and Related Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Floral & Crafts Supplies, Equipment and Related Services on an "as needed" basis. The cooperative aims to contract with reliable, high-performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. The solicitation is open to a wide range of products, including brushes, paints, oil pastels, chalk, clay, canvas boards, watercolors, card stock, construction paper, tissue paper, glue/adhesives, scissors, tape, wire, beads, ceramic & pottery supplies, floral arranging supplies, leathercraft supplies, picture framing materials and supplies, sewing machines and supplies, fabric, thread, yarn, weaving supplies, and other related products. • The agreement will be for a period of five years with an annual option for renewal. • EPIC6 reserves the right to award multiple vendors for each solicitation. • The cooperative seeks to provide comprehensive purchasing practices according to the Laws of the State of Texas and Federal Regulation 2 CFR part 200. • EPIC6 aims to provide equalized purchasing power for smaller entities and maintain credibility and confidence in business procedures.
