Description
The City of Salem is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers for providing professional and technical services on a continuing services basis in support of the preparation and update of a long-range, comprehensive park system improvement plan. The services will be provided under renewable annual contracts with up to a maximum of four additional one-year renewal periods. The City is looking for Consultants of Record (COR) to provide services in support of the City's park system performance evaluation, equity analysis, and asset management. The scope of services includes Category A — Park Data, GIS & Performance Analytic Services, Category B — Community Engagement, and Category C — Park System Planning, Policy & Implementation Strategy.
• The City is seeking up to five Proposers to be named as the Consultants of Record (COR).
• The contract has a maximum of 5 years (1 initial year + 4 optional renewal years).
• The annual contract maximum is $1,000,000, and the individual project maximum is $500,000.
• The City reserves the right to reject all Proposals.
• The Proposer must comply with all applicable requirements of federal, state, and local civil rights and rehabilitation statutes, rules, and regulations.
