Los Angeles Unified School District is seeking a qualified vendor to design, implement, and support a cloud‑based Visitor Management Application that enhances school safety and operational efficiency across the district. The solution must include visitor pre‑registration, badge printing, watch‑list screening, real‑time alerts, event management, student tardy/hall‑pass tracking, and emergency reunification features, all integrated with existing SIS, HR, and ERP systems via secure APIs. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, five‑year base term with up to two one‑year renewal options, and requires 24/7 technical support, hardware provisioning, and compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other state/federal security standards.
• Deliver a configurable SaaS platform with SSO (SAML 2.0/OAuth 2.0), TLS 1.2+, AES‑256 encryption, multi‑language UI, mobile apps, and QR/Barcode scanning.
• Provide implementation services: data migration, system configuration, training, 24/7 support, hardware (scanners, badge printers, signature pads), and phased rollout district‑wide by August 2026.
