Description
The U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya, is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for the Consular Audiovisual (AV) System, including intercom, paging, and displays. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine maintenance inspections, on-demand service calls, and providing trained technicians to inspect, adjust, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance. The contract will be for a one-year period with four one-year options.
• The contractor must have experience with similar Consular AV Systems.
• The contractor must provide all materials, supervision, labor, tools, and equipment to perform preventive maintenance.
• The contractor must maintain satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, cleanliness, appearance, and integrity.
• The contractor must comply with safety protocols and manufacturer's instructions.
• The contractor must provide a typewritten report to the Post Facilities Manager after each maintenance visit.
