Tropical Park - Stables A-E Building Repairs

The County of Miami‑Dade is seeking a qualified general building contractor to execute complete structural repairs on the five historic stable buildings (A‑E) at Tropical Park. The work includes removal of deteriorated concrete, reinforcement cleaning and replacement, epoxy crack injection, concrete spall patching, shoring, and phased completion of each stable with approval from the Owner, Engineer, and Special Inspector. All repair materials must be sub‑mitted for engineering approval, and mock‑up repairs are required prior to full production.
