RFQ FOR PLANNING SERVICES

UC Davis Health is seeking qualified firms to provide planning services, including medical and space planning, master planning, and delivery system planning needs assessments. The selected firms will support the UC Davis Health Facilities Planning & Development division. The scope of work includes assessing current and projected clinical service needs, translating medical program requirements into functional space layouts, and ensuring compliance with healthcare codes and regulations. The firms will be required to demonstrate their experience and staffing skills specific to each work category. • The maximum agreement values are $5,000,000 for Medical and Space Planning and Master Planning, and $2,000,000 for Delivery System Planning Needs Assessments. • The firms will be selected based on their qualifications, approach, and experience. • The selection process will include a screening committee review, reference checks, and interviews. • The target dates for the selection process are listed in the RFQ document.
