Budget estimate

$3,000 – $12,000

The budget amount for this bid is not explicitly stated in the document. However, based on the quantities of the items required (500 units each of journals and pens), a rough estimate can be made. Assuming an average cost of $5-10 per journal and $1-2 per pen, the total value of the bid could be in the range of $3,000 to $12,000.
