MNIT/MDH WIC Operations and Maintenance

The State of Minnesota seeks a vendor to provide services for the Operations and Maintenance of the Management Information System (MIS) for the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program. The services include daily operation of the system, maintenance, off-site disaster recovery, database management, and enhancement and support for the Minnesota WIC Mobile App and Mobile Management. The vendor will also provide help desk services and general reporting. The contract is anticipated to begin on October 1, 2026, and will have an initial duration of 5 years with an option to extend for up to 5 additional years. • The vendor will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the WIC Management Information System (WINNIE and HuBERT). • The vendor will provide off-site disaster recovery capabilities and test of capabilities annually. • The vendor will provide database management and advanced technical and consultative support to State staff. • The vendor will provide enhancement and support for the Minnesota WIC Mobile App and Mobile Management. • The vendor will provide help desk services and general reporting. • The vendor will provide support for interfaces between MIS and current and future partners.
