Description
The Jefferson County Schools is seeking a design-build services provider for the construction of middle school baseball and softball fields. The selected company will be required to perform basic architectural, engineering, and construction services. The project includes constructing a middle school baseball and softball field and needed amenities at Jefferson County Middle School. The proposal should include a table of contents, executive summary, company qualifications, technical approach, and financial aspects. The evaluation criteria will be based on the ability to successfully implement the program, design approach, and other financial considerations.
• The construction work shall include, but not be limited to, constructing a middle school baseball and softball field and needed amenities.
• The contract shall follow O.C.G.A 36-91-21 and RFP guidelines.
• The Owner reserves the right to terminate this project prior to submissions being received, to reject any and all proposals, to waive informalities or irregularities in responses to this RFP, and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.
