Fire Training Tower Repairs

The City of Allentown is seeking qualified contractors to provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete repairs to the Allentown Fire Department Training Tower. The work shall include inspection and assessment of existing structural components, replacement or reinforcement of damaged or deteriorated structural elements, repair of masonry, concrete, or metal components, restoration of safety features, cleaning, surface preparation, and protective coating or painting, disposal of all construction debris, and coordination with City personnel to minimize disruption to fire department training activities. • The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to complete the repairs. • The contractor shall ensure that all work is done in accordance with the City's specifications and standards. • The contractor shall coordinate with City personnel to minimize disruption to fire department training activities. • The contractor shall dispose of all construction debris in accordance with local regulations. • The contractor shall provide a bid bond and other required documents as specified in the bid package.
