The University of Maryland College Park is seeking a qualified vendor to enhance its Family Care Benefit Program, which supports employees with caregiving responsibilities. The selected vendor will provide a range of services, including care provider referral and booking, backup care, personal network backup care reimbursement, counseling, outreach, and education, as well as platform, reporting, and analytics. The vendor must have experience in delivering family care services, particularly in higher education or similar large-scale, multi-location environments. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. The vendor must provide a detailed fee proposal with a per-employee-per-year (PEPY) rate, including a breakdown of costs and services provided.
