Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be between $100,000 and $500,000. This estimate is based on the average cost of professional radon testing ($140) and the average cost of radon mitigation ($1,500) for a single-family home. The City of Reading is seeking multiple contractors, so the total budget could be higher. The actual budget will depend on the number of homes that require radon mitigation and the cost of the services provided by the contractor.
