Description
The Citadel is seeking a qualified travel‑agency partner to manage overseas airline reservations for its “Travel Abroad” student programs during the fall and spring semesters. The contractor will provide an online portal for students to search and reserve flights, assign a dedicated account manager, and handle invoicing of the college for all airfare and approved ancillary fees. No fees may be collected from students; all costs are billed directly to The Citadel on a monthly or quarterly basis. The contract runs for an initial year with automatic one‑year renewals up to a five‑year maximum.
