Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Department of Corrections' Probation and Parole offices. The services will include daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning tasks, as well as semi-annual deep cleaning. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and supplies. The contract will be awarded for an initial period of one year, with the option to extend for four additional two-year periods.
• The vendor must have experience in providing janitorial services
• The vendor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies
• The vendor must be able to perform daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning tasks
• The vendor must be able to perform semi-annual deep cleaning tasks
• The vendor must be able to provide a list of all materials to be used in providing the cleaning service
• The vendor must be able to furnish copies of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all chemicals being used at the site
