Description
The USGS OAG Sacramento Acquisition Branch is seeking a custom marine trailer. The solicitation is amended to correct an error in the full text version of FAR 52.225-2, Buy American Certificate. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment and complete the revised Buy American Certificate with their quotations. The solicitation closing date is not extended.
Key points to consider:
• The offeror must certify that each end product is a domestic end product as defined in the clause "Buy American Supplies" (FAR 52.225-1).
• The offeror must list foreign end products and indicate whether they contain more than 55% domestic content.
