Mini-Residency for Rural Providers - RFQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to Prometheus Federal Service LLC to support a comprehensive vehicle for delivering a Women's Health Rural Mini-Residency training program. The program is designed for VHA primary care providers and nurses at rural Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The contract is expected to be awarded by September 15, 2026, and will continue until FY2027. • The training program is developed by the Office of Women's Health. • The program will be delivered in the clinic setting of rural CBOCs. • The contract is expected to be awarded on a non-competitive basis to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. • Interested parties can submit their capabilities in writing to determine if competitive procedures can be used.
